The Compound Verdict
The old Banco Popular Avianca Visa faded out, and Cardless revived the US program in late 2024 on the Amex network. LifeMiles remain one of the savviest currencies in the game for Star Alliance premium cabins with no fuel surcharges. The $249 Elite version doubles down with Gold status and bigger multipliers, but this $99 card is the value pick.
