Methodology: for every public card we store the bonus, spend requirement, and window at each offer we have tracked. A card is a "verified record high" only when the live bonus is strictly larger than every prior offer on file, so a card cannot appear here simply for repeating an old peak or for having thin history. "Below their best-ever" lists cards whose live bonus is at least 10% under the highest bonus we have recorded. Dollar values multiply the bonus by our published cents-per-point valuation for each currency; cash bonuses are valued at face. Every card links to its full review and complete offer-history chart.
