This is the Spark Miles with better branding and a slightly better deal. Two miles per dollar into the Capital One transfer program at $95, with credits that mostly offset the fee, makes it the default business catch-all unless you are chasing the Venture X Business fee credit game. Get in while the elevated bonuses cycle.
