The Compound Verdict
Cardless launched the original TAP card in 2021 as its first airline product and now runs it on the Amex network. For US travelers who funnel through Lisbon a couple of times a year, the bags, boarding and lounge passes beat the math on most $79 cards. As a pure mileage play it is mid-tier because TAP's surcharges drag the currency down.
