U.S. Bank built the Shield to win the 0% APR arms race, and even after trimming the launch 24 cycles to 21 it sits at the top of the category. The travel center cash back and phone protection are nice garnish, not reasons to apply. Use it to finance a big purchase, pay it off, then retire it to the sock drawer.
