Hawaii's oldest bank issues its own card lineup for residents of Hawaii, Guam and Saipan, including a regional United cobrand that lives outside the Chase ecosystem. Its historical role as the home of Japan-focused cobrands has wound down, with the ANA and JAL US card programs now sitting at FNBO.
