Atmos Rewards Ascent card offer returns with 80,000 points
By Alex Compton · Updated
The Bank of America Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards Ascent card offer is back with 80,000 points after $5,000 in spending within 90 days. Alaska travelers considering the card should weigh the bonus against its $95 annual fee and the spending requirement.

What Changed
The latest offer restores an 80,000-point bonus with a $5,000 spending requirement within 90 days. The previous 85,000-point offer required $4,500 within 120 days, so the returning offer awards fewer points and requires more spending in less time.
Our Take
This offer is worth considering if you fly Alaska and can meet the spending requirement with planned purchases. It is less attractive than the previous offer, and stretching your budget to earn the bonus is not worthwhile.
Before You Act
- 1Review the current offer terms before applying.
- 2Confirm you can spend $5,000 within 90 days.
- 3Check the restriction on having held the card within the preceding 24 months.
- 4Weigh the Alaska travel benefits against the $95 annual fee.
