Cons

Our Take
Capital One's pitch is simple: never count transactions again. For ACH- and check-heavy businesses that blow past the 100-to-300 item caps elsewhere, that alone justifies the account, and the $2,000 Basic waiver is easy. The weakness is physical: unless you operate near its limited branch geography, cash deposits get awkward. Pair Basic with a Spark card and it is one of the best-value big-bank setups going.
Best for: High-transaction-volume businesses tired of per-item fees
