Cons

- −Checking itself pays nothing; yield lives in the savings account
Our Take
Relay is the operations bank. Nobody else gives you 20 accounts and 50 cards on a free tier, and it is one of the only fintechs that accepts cash. The 2026 restructure to Starter, Grow, and Scale made the plan ladder more coherent, but it also moved the best APY behind $90 a month, so pure yield-chasers still belong at Bluevine. For agencies, multi-entity owners, and Profit First devotees, Relay is the obvious pick.
Best for: Businesses that budget across many accounts and handle some cash
