The Compound Verdict

A perfectly ordinary secured card whose one notable number is the $100 minimum deposit, half the usual entry price. The requirement to hold a GO2bank account first is the real cost, since that account charges $5 a month without a direct deposit. If you already use GO2bank, this is a cheap add-on; if not, Discover and Capital One secured cards are better destinations.
