Bank of Montreal's US arm, headquartered in Chicago and expanded westward through the Bank of the West acquisition. Issues a solid no-fee Cash Back Mastercard and, as a historical footnote, still services the legacy Diners Club North America portfolio it bought from Citi in 2009.
