What Changed
The $600 Lodging Credit covers qualifying prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts, The Hotel Collection and Airbnb Luxe bookings using a Platinum or Business Platinum Card. The listed booking channels are AmexTravel.com and the Amex Travel App. Beginning January 1, 2027, Fine Hotels + Resorts bookings must be at least two nights to qualify. The rumored $250 Airbnb experiences credit remains unconfirmed.
Our Take
Airbnb Luxe adds another option for cardholders planning qualifying stays of at least two nights. If you rely on one-night Fine Hotels + Resorts stays to use the credit, adjust your plans for 2027 and do not count on the unconfirmed experiences credit.
Before You Act
- 1Use an eligible Platinum or Business Platinum Card.
- 2Check the prepaid booking requirements and eligible booking channel.
- 3Plan at least two nights for Fine Hotels + Resorts stays starting January 1, 2027.
